Job summary

LiveKit is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a Growth squad focused on Product-Led Growth (PLG). You will own end-to-end growth from awareness to onboarding and expansion, guiding a cross-functional team of product, design, engineering, marketing, and analytics.

Based remotely or in our SF HQ, you will cultivate a developer-focused population and drive onboarding to real workloads. With 8+ years in product management, you will foster a data-driven culture, partner with marketing on

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management with senior or staff level, ideally owning growth, activation, or retention for a developer-facing or usage-based product.
• Strong background in product-led growth, with a funnel managed by the product from acquisition through onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
• Able to move a usage metric, not just signups, and operate across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own Product-Led Growth end to end from onboarding to production workload.
• Grow the population of developers building on LiveKit across multiple channels.
• Drive onboarding, activation, and conversion from signup to real workload.
