Job summary

Crisp is seeking a Growth leader to design and scale a product-led growth model across onboarding, activation, and expansion for the CPG and retail ecosystem. You will own the in-product referral mechanics, onboarding sequences, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive sustainable growth.

You will build a structured experimentation program, optimize the full funnel, and enhance organic discoverability through advanced SEO and AI-driven content strategies.

Qualifications

• Growth strategy and product-led motion design and execution.
• Lifecycle, activation, and onboarding optimization.
• SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies to improve organic discoverability.
• Experimentation program design with fast iteration cycles.
• PQL modeling and sales handoff optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Crisp's growth model and in-product sharing/referral mechanics.
• Build self-serve motion for discovery, trial, and activation with minimal friction.
• Embed referral and activation triggers into the product and partner with Product.
• Design and run structured experimentation across channels with clear hypotheses.
• Own end-to-end growth funnel from first touch to activation and expansion.
• Develop and scale an organic growth strategy including SEO and content.
