We’re seeking a Growth Engineer to own models for pipeline, run multi-channel campaigns, and build tooling that powers our GTM motion. You’ll work across REST APIs, ML, and a modern stack (HubSpot/Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, n8n) to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth engineering, RevOps, or a technical marketing or sales ops role tied to pipeline or revenue moved.
• Strong fluency in a programming language; you write, debug, and validate production code.
• Applied ML experience; you’ve built, trained, and maintained a model in production.
• Deep comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and rate limits; you can handle vendor API quirks.
• Strong SQL and data sense to validate model outputs and business signals.
• Experience with a modern GTM stack: HubSpot or Salesforce, plus Clay, Apollo, Instantly, n8n.
• Practical LLM experience: prompting, function calling, evaluating output, knowing when a model is the right tool.

Responsibilities

• Own models for estimator count, seats, and ARR with confidence bands.
• Run campaigns across multiple channels: email, LinkedIn, voicemail.
• Build and own per-rep landing pages and AI avatar video assets.
• Ground AI in real calls with prep docs, follow-ups, and scripts.
• Turn signals into prioritized tasks and orchestrate live improvements.
• Maintain uptime and output quality for campaigns and integrations.
