Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Growth Enablement Manager for a leading consulting client. You will build demand activation plans and partner with leadership and regional marketing to drive growth.

The role focuses on developing targeted campaigns, enabling sellers with messaging and assets, and measuring program success. Remote, full-time with travel to team meetings and events; NYC preferred, plus Philadelphia, Chicago and Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Product marketing or product-focused experience.
• Experience building demand-generation, account-based marketing, or sales-enablement programs that support complex sales cycles.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Build firmwide demand activation plans for the product-focused business line in partnership with leadership and regional marketing leaders.
• Develop targeted campaigns, events, and lead programs that engage technology-focused decision-makers and generate new opportunities.
• Equip sellers with messaging, market intelligence, campaign assets, and other tools that support business development efforts.
• Collaborate across marketing, business development, and regional teams to execute programs that complement regional growth priorities.
• Measure campaign performance, identify successful strategies, and scale effective programs across the organization.
