The position is full-time and remote, with travel for team meetings and events, ideally based near major offices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Product marketing or product-focused experience.
• Experience building demand-generation, account-based marketing, or sales-enablement programs that support complex sales cycles.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Experience with technology solutions, professional services, consulting, nonprofit organizations, or fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Build demand activation plans for the product-focused business line with leadership and regional marketing.
• Develop targeted campaigns, events, and lead programs engaging technology-focused decision-makers.
• Equip sellers with messaging, market intelligence, campaign assets, and other tools to support business development.
• Collaborate across marketing, business development, and regional teams to align programs with growth priorities.
• Measure campaign performance, identify successful strategies, and scale programs across the organization.
