Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is hiring a Growth Enablement Manager for a leading consulting firm. This role focuses on building firmwide demand activation plans, developing targeted campaigns, events, and lead programs, and equipping sellers with messaging and assets to drive business development.

You will collaborate with marketing, business development, and regional teams, measure campaign performance, and scale successful programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Product marketing or product-focused experience.
• Experience building demand-generation, ABM, or sales-enablement programs for complex sales cycles.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Experience with technology solutions, professional services, consulting, nonprofit organizations, or fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Build firmwide demand activation plans for the product-focused business line in partnership with leadership and regional marketing leaders.
• Develop targeted campaigns, events, and lead programs that engage technology-focused decision-makers and generate new opportunities.
• Equip sellers with messaging, market intelligence, campaign assets, and other tools that support business development efforts.
• Collaborate across marketing, business development, and regional teams to execute programs that complement regional growth priorities.
• Measure campaign performance, identify successful strategies, and scale effective programs across the organization.
