DataSpring is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and execute programs that increase visibility, credibility, and engagement among clinician and profile manager administrator audiences. The role reports to the Director, Growth Marketing and is fully remote in the United States.

You will translate strategy into audience-specific programs, collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams, and drive measurable business impact through education, engagement, and action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field marketing, growth marketing, campaign marketing, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end field activations, campaigns, education programs, digital marketing, events, webinars, and partner-led initiatives.
• Coordinate channels, keep programs on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure programs integrate with broader growth campaigns and brand standards.
• Build project plans, timelines, and briefs for cross-functional partners.
