Ideal candidates have 6+ years in B2B field marketing, product marketing or product-focused roles, and hands-on HubSpot experience to enable sellers with messaging, assets, and market intelligence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B environment.
• Product marketing or product-focused experience.
• Experience building demand-generation, account-based marketing, or sales-enablement programs.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot.
• Experience with technology solutions, professional services, consulting, nonprofit organizations, or fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Build firmwide demand activation plans for the product-focused business line with leadership and regional marketing.
• Develop targeted campaigns, events, and lead programs to engage technology-focused decision-makers.
• Equip sellers with messaging, market intelligence, assets, and tools for business development.
• Collaborate across marketing, BD, and regional teams to execute programs.
• Measure campaign performance and scale successful programs across the organization.
