middleman is seeking a growth-minded E-Commerce Manager to drive DTC and B2B programs across consumer brands. You will own lifecycle strategy, manage client relationships end to end, and collaborate with a small delivery team to deliver results.

You’ll leverage Shopify, Klaviyo, and Faire, while integrating AI tools to optimize campaigns and performance. This role is hybrid for candidates near Scottsdale, AZ and open to all U.S.-based applicants.

Formación

• 4+ years in e-commerce, lifecycle, or email marketing.
• Hands-on Klaviyo with flows, segmentation, A/B tests.
• Experience owning client accounts in agency or in-house.
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute DTC programs in Shopify and Klaviyo to move conversions.
• Build and execute B2B programs in Klaviyo, Shopify Wholesale, Faire, and other platforms.
• Own full lifecycle strategy from first purchase to repeat buyer.
• Manage client relationships end to end, including strategy calls and reporting.
• Lead a small delivery team across client accounts.
• Drive creative calendars with our brand and leadership teams.
• Use Apex to speed up campaign production and sharpen performance.
