Job summary

Clients Blackbox Inc, a Meta advertising agency serving RIAs, is seeking a hands-on Sales and Marketing Lead. You will own the full sales process from first conversation to signed contract while also building our internal marketing strategy.

This fully remote role offers an $85,000 base salary plus commission, with an anticipated $150,000 on-target earnings. You will work directly with the CEO, contribute to brand positioning, and have a path to lead a sales and marketing team as the company

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience (not appointment setting or lead qualification only).
• Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000+ in total compensation in a previous role, with commissions or performance-based incentives.
• Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of ~2–6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers.
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
• Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in the United States and available during standard business hours; authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own both sales and marketing for the company from first conversation to signed contract and build the sales playbook and follow-up sequences.
• Own internal Meta advertising campaigns and develop a broader marketing strategy including content and demand generation.
• Collaborate with CEO and founding team; evolve role toward leading a sales and marketing function as the company grows.
