Qualifications

• 4+ years in social media, performance creative, or advertising with proven paid social experience.
• Strong portfolio of ads/campaigns with measurable results.
• Understanding of what makes ads perform on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Excellent copywriting skills with strong visuals and video sense.
• Experience directing designers and video creators to deliver high-quality work.
• Comfort using data to justify creative decisions and optimize results.
• Strong communication and collaboration with sales, management, and specialists.
• English language Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative side of acquisition campaigns from concept to final ad.
• Regularly align with sales to understand upcoming priorities and products.
• Brief and direct designers and video creators; provide clear feedback.
• Synthesize input from SEO writers, sales, and teams into a content plan.
• Build and manage the content and campaign calendar.
• Test creative hooks, formats, and messages; learn from data to improve conversions.
