You'll drive messaging, multi-channel campaigns, and funnel optimization while collaborating with sales and product. A startup mindset and AI fluency are highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience marketing to an engineering audience.
• Breadth across marketing function with real ownership in at least one area.
• Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Some experience working at a startup or scale-up.
• AI native: uses AI tools regularly and experiments with new approaches.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership.

Aufgaben

• Own messaging and positioning across website, sales pitches, and materials.
• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, social, events).
• Own the funnel, identify drop-off points, and drive improvements.
• Manage marketing stack and data flow (HubSpot/Salesforce, attribution, lead routing).
• Run experiments with a defined framework and iterate weekly.
• Collaborate with Sales and Leadership on demand-gen strategy and performance.
