Reach Digital is looking for a Creative Strategist to own the creative end-to-end for multiple brand partners. You will research, develop ad angles, write hooks, and build briefs that editors execute, collaborating with growth and design teams.

You will manage 3–5 brand partners, stay on top of platform trends, and translate insights into testable concepts. The role is fully remote with US hours, and compensation is competitive in USD.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Understanding of paid media and content that converts.
• Enjoy brainstorming ad angles and concepts and bringing them to life.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple projects.
• Willing to learn, give and receive feedback.
• Able to communicate learnings with team members and clients.
• Genuine passion for creative strategy and staying on top of what works.

Responsabilités

• Analyze performance, brainstorm ad angles and hook variations, and write new briefs weekly for editors.
• Own the creative strategy for brand partners, including a living strategy doc tracking angles and performance.
• Stay current on platform trends, winning ad formats, and policy changes, translating into testable concepts.
• Work with 3–5 brand partners at a time, deep-diving into their creative and building new winning ads.
