Stable is seeking an experienced content and growth marketing leader to own the editorial calendar, drive SEO and AI-enabled content initiatives, and shape our brand voice for a wide audience. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to craft compelling narratives and scalable content programs.

You will lead data-driven optimization, manage campaigns across channels, and help scale content that drives signups and engagement.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B content, growth marketing, SEO or integrated marketing.
• Hands on SEO experience, including keyword research, on-page optimization and technical fundamentals.
• Experience with AI search (AEO/GEO) is a strong plus.
• You've built AI workflows that help you produce more without sacrificing quality.
• Comfort with data tools (GA4, GSC, CRM) and an ability to articulate the impact of content on growth metrics.
• Ownership: you move quickly, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and push through ambiguity.
• A portfolio of content programs you can walk us through: what you built, how it performed, and what you'd do differently.
• Craft. You ask good questions, have a keen attention to detail, and can explain a complex idea simply.

Responsabilidades

• Own the editorial calendar end to end.
• Partner with product marketing to bring audiences, messaging, and value propositions to life through campaigns, thought leadership, customer stories, and educational content.
• Shape the voice and point of view of Stable's content, ensuring each piece lands with its audience.
• Translate Stable’s product vision into compelling and digestible content with PMs/ENGs/PMMs.
• Turn customer stories into powerful marketing assets with Sales and Success teams.
• Grow Stable's social presence and manage day-to-day engagement.
• Support product launches and integrated campaigns across email, web, organic and paid channels.
• Develop email marketing and nurture programs including segmentation, copy drafting and offer selection.
