Responsibilities

• Manage weekly content calendar and publishing cadence.
• Research hooks, formats, competitors, and trends.
• Analyze performance metrics (retention, engagement, reach).
• Develop ad concepts, scripts, and creative variations.
• Convert winning organic content into paid ads; adjust tests.
• Launch and manage Meta campaigns within 90 days; monitor KPIs.
• Prepare weekly performance reports.
