Axoniq is seeking a scrappy Business Development Researcher to drive pipeline growth by identifying target accounts and connecting them with our sales team. You will execute high-volume outbound outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels, uncovering the real decision-makers and triggers that make a conversation land.

Based remotely in the United States with preference for Austin, TX, you’ll report to Go-To-Market leadership and earn a variable compensation based on qualified

Qualifications

• Experience identifying target accounts and mapping buying committees.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prospect across multiple channels.
• Based in US, remote role; Austin preferred.

Responsabilités

• Research and prospect into target accounts across enterprise and mid-market segments.
• Run high-volume outbound outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Dig past the obvious contact to find the real connection point in an account.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to sharpen messaging and share market feedback.
• Keep meticulous records in HubSpot for every touchpoint and reason a deal moves forward.
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly meeting-booked targets with variable compensation.
