Job summary

Emailable is hiring a VP of Growth to architect a self-compounding revenue machine across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. You will lead a founder-like growth approach, owning funnels, onboarding, pricing, and monetization while coordinating with product, sales, and engineering.

You will manage growth sprints, analytics, and experiments, building scalable systems with a small elite team. Remote-first with a global, high-ownership culture.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in SaaS growth/revenue/marketing roles
• Deep experience across PLG, funnels, onboarding, lifecycle
• Strong in data: SQL, GA4, attribution, dashboards (or similar)
• Ability to model CAC, LTV, churn, payback, cohort analysis
• Experience running growth sprints and experimentation frameworks
• Familiarity with pricing/packaging strategy
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, CS, Engineering

Responsibilities

• Own growth funnel end-to-end from acquisition to activation
• Lead acquisition channels including SEO, content, ads, inbound engines
• Own onboarding experience and lifecycle emails/campaigns
• Forecast revenue and model CAC, LTV, churn, payback
• Develop pricing, packaging, bundles, and monetization strategies
• Improve churn and drive expansion and upsell paths
• Build growth infrastructure, analytics dashboards, and attribution systems
