Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Growth-focused Product Manager to lead the growth agenda for our B2B SaaS platform. You’ll own the roadmap, run rapid experiments, and shape pricing and packaging with cross-functional partners.

You’ll partner with design, engineering, marketing, and sales to turn insights into scalable growth motions. This is a fully remote role across the US with strong emphasis on outcomes and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product with direct growth experience in B2B SaaS with a free trial or freemium motion.
• Love data; define metrics, design experiments, and interpret results honestly.
• Outcomes-driven; focus on activated teams and expansion revenue.
• Build systems and playbooks to scale growth across teams.
• Fluent with AI tools for research, strategy testing, rapid prototyping and customer signal analysis.
• Prioritize strategy and prioritization over just building; strong writing skills.
• Experience leading growth in B2B SaaS and understanding end users vs support teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full growth roadmap: signup, onboarding, activation, trial-to-paid conversion, and expansion.
• Build and run high-tempo experimentation with signal vs noise.
• Design how customers discover and adopt new products with product teams.
• Develop growth frameworks and playbooks so teams ship growth work independently.
• Influence pricing and packaging decisions with product, marketing, and finance.
• Engage with customers and data to translate learnings into actionable insight.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and CS to ensure coherent growth across lifecycle.
