TxtCart, LLC is a bootstrapped, remote-first AI-native SMS marketing platform for ecommerce brands. We are hiring a performance creative strategist who will own the paid acquisition funnel, from research to script writing to iteration, with rapid feedback loops and async collaboration.

You will work closely with the CEO on weekly plans, testing concepts, and winner scaling, applying AI-assisted research and analytics to drive ROAS in a remote, contractor capacity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance creative strategy, direct-response advertising, or related role.
• Track record in DTC/ecommerce or B2B SaaS with paid-social results.
• Examples of ads or concepts with meaningful spend.

Responsabilités

• Own performance creative strategy across TxtCart’s paid acquisition funnel.
• Write scripts and briefs for creator/UGC, talking-head, demo, and AI-assisted formats.
• Collaborate with creators/editors from brief to final delivery and provide concrete feedback.
• Develop native and long-form creative formats and strong direct-response copy.
• Build and execute the weekly testing roadmap and iterate on insights.
