Job summary

Acuitymd is hiring a Growth Account Manager in Boston, MA, to manage a portfolio of 50-75 customer accounts. You will focus on driving ARR growth by upselling and renewing customer relationships while collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of experience in account management, particularly in SaaS, and a strong track record of expanding customer value.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales.
• Proven ability to upsell and expand existing customer accounts.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50-75 customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
• Own the end-to-end renewal process for accounts.
