Job summary

Arize is hiring a Growth Account Executive to own renewals and expansion across our SMB book of business. This is a high-velocity, transactional seat where you’ll run many deals, forecast, negotiate, and close to protect revenue while pursuing uplift.

You’ll monitor usage signals, spot expansion opportunities, and work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Support. This role combines speed with technical credibility in AI-facing environments.

• Drive mid-term expansion with upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor usage signals and act on data to prevent churn and unlock growth.
• Manage a high volume of concurrent, transactional deals with multi-threading and speed.
