Sunkissedandmoonlitravel is seeking a Group Travel Coordinator for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will oversee client communications, coordinate travel service details, and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience throughout planning and booking.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple client workflows independently. No prior travel industry experience is required, and full training plus onboarding are provided from day one.

• Coordinate scheduling, travel documentation, and client requests with accuracy.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain a seamless travel experience.
• Maintain detailed client records and booking information across internal systems.
• Contribute to workflow improvements that support the overall travel operations team.
• Deliver consistent, professional support throughout every stage of the client's travel journey.
