Job summary

Sunkissedandmoonlitravel is seeking a Travel Services Coordinator to help clients plan trips by coordinating hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages. You will keep reservations organized, answer questions, and ensure timely responses throughout the planning process.

In this fully remote role, you will communicate with clients via email and online platforms, review bookings, update itineraries, and research options based on client requests.

Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to manage several tasks without losing track of small details.
• Comfortable working independently from home with basic computer skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or eligible Latin American countries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
• Assist with reservation requests, updates, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Keep itineraries and client information organized and up to date.
• Communicate with clients through email and other online platforms
• Research travel options and gather information based on client requests
• Review booking details and help identify missing or incorrect information
• Keep track of upcoming trips and outstanding items
• Provide friendly and professional support throughout the planning process
