• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and confirm arrangements.
• Track bookings and ensure all details are accurate before travel.
• Provide support and updates throughout the travel planning process.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of all client interactions.
