Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Clear, friendly communication and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to manage deadlines and keep multiple bookings on track.
• Comfortable using computers, online platforms, and virtual communication tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning and booking group travel, including resorts, cruises, tours, and vacation packages.
