• Masters degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with youth or young adults.
• Skilled in multiple modalities (DBT, CBT; EMDR an advantage).
• Comfort delivering care via telehealth and video sessions.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding within 2 weeks.
• Monthly check-ins with Group Quality Supervisor/Director.
• Respond to email/Slack within 48 hours.
• Facilitate groups for a full hour and ensure engagement.
• Maintain client notes within 24 hours and adhere to DHCS standards.
