Job summary

Backcountry is seeking a Group Sales Account Manager to drive revenue across corporate, medical, university, and other industry groups. You will own the full sales cycle from lead development to close, building and managing a pipeline of group accounts while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Within six months you will have a reliable book of business, grown inherited portfolio, and developed repeatable outreach and conversion processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of account management experience.
• Experience in B2B or group/corporate sales.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and outbound platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Formal sales training or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through outbound email, phone outreach, and meetings with group accounts.
• Grow each account in portfolio through scalable interactions.
• Drive prospects through all sales stages from lead to close.
• Build systems to convert sales into recurring revenue.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of customers and prospects in CRM/ERP.
