Ladders is seeking a Group Disability and Leave Product Manager to own the strategy and day-to-day management of group disability and leave offerings. You will align market needs, regulatory changes, and customer expectations while partnering with internal stakeholders to shape the roadmap and drive measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional execution, service standards, and organizational readiness for new offerings and enhancements in a remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in group disability and leave product management, preferably in large case markets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to drive results and overcome challenges.
• Ability to analyze financial and market data to inform product strategy.
• Self-motivated with adaptability to shifting priorities and multitasking.
• Leadership skills to influence and gain respect in a matrixed environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
