Qualificações

For our client, we are seeking a Group Disability and Leave Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will own the strategy and day-to-day management of group disability and leave product offerings, with a focus on aligning market needs, regulatory changes, and customer expectations. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to shape product direction, prioritize the roadmap, and deliver measurable outcomes that strengthen the business. The position also plays a key role in driving cross-functional execution, service standards, and organizational readiness for new offerings and enhancements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,300 – $207,800 annually
