Zusammenfassung

Securian Financial seeks a senior product leader to own the Group Disability & Leave portfolio, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market needs and company objectives. You will collaborate across actuarial, underwriting, operations, technology, sales, and marketing to bring market-ready products to life, drive measurable outcomes, and support training and sales enablement.

Qualifikationen

Recent Group Disability and Leave product management experience, ideally in the large case market.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to influence in a matrixed environment.

Aufgaben
