Qualifications

• 10-12 years experience in employee benefits insurance industry.
• 5-7 years management experience required.
• 5+ years as a product manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes product strategy.
• Manages and develops product staff.
• Monitors market and customer needs.
• Identifies new product innovation opportunities.
• Oversees product development lifecycle.
• Supports sales and marketing on product positioning.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of group Disability and Absence products

Collaboration skills

Knowledge of underwriting and compliance

Cost/benefit analysis experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree
