• Coordinate and facilitate internal MEF and partner coordination on NDC implementation with documented records and decisions.
• Support resource mobilization by mapping government needs and drafting requests for support and terms of reference.
• Assist in developing and tracking the NDC implementation plan, monitoring progress, and reporting results.
• Build MEF capacity through trainings on NDC planning, monitoring, reporting, and climate finance.
• Provide technical guidance on integrating green economy priorities into national budgeting and policy frameworks.
