Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in climate finance, public financial management, development finance or related fields.
• Experience designing/implementing climate budget tagging systems and PFM reforms.
• Experience working with governments and donors; advisory and policy support experience.

Responsibilities

• Map domestic and international climate finance sources and instruments, identify gaps and constraints.
• Mobilize resources, develop concept notes and funding proposals for climate investments.
• Coordinate with ministries and development partners to readied climate finance initiatives and read stakeholder needs.
