Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. seeks a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives, working closely with security and compliance teams.

The role requires strong program management, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across the organization. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance, with HIPAA controls and SSAE/SOC1/SOC2 experience, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to work in a very detailed manner as well as to look broadly across a population and develop connections and themes identifying risk and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Identify and maintain a list of high-value assets and their threats and vulnerabilities for risk mitigation.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk and design security controls.
• Perform security risk assessments on topics as needed or in response to management requests.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures, and standards.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on the company’s risk health.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends.
