Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives in collaboration with security and compliance teams.

The role emphasizes strong program management, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across programs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in audit, risk, or compliance, including HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2, and can influence partners while maintaining thorough documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Strong organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills that enable influencing management and leading change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Maintain processes across the enterprise to reduce security risk and mature security controls.
• Perform risk assessments on topics as needed or on management requests.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform documenting controls and risk information.
• Produce reports on security risk for executives and the company’s risk position.
• Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits.
• Evaluate control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Interact with RxBenefits clients to respond to security questionnaires or audit reports.
• Stay current with audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures, and standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
