Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives. You will work with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision, handling risk assessments and control documentation. The role emphasizes attention to detail and strong project management.

The position offers a remote-first environment with competitive compensation and eligibility for an annual short-term incentive. 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance risk-based processes across the enterprise.
• Perform routine security risk assessments and document controls.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures, and standards.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessments and compliance.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives.
