Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives. You will work with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits compliance vision, manage risk, and support audits. Excellent program management, attention to detail, and communication are essential for success.

The role includes risk assessments, maintaining the GRC platform, and producing risk reports for executives, with a remote-first work environment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 experience.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence management.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and teach others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Identify and maintain high-value assets and threats for risk mitigation.
• Document and maintain processes across the enterprise to reduce security risk.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessments.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends.
• Develop policies, procedures, and standards.
