Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. seeks a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives. You will work closely with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits compliance vision and maintain high attention to detail across multiple projects.

The role is remote-first, with a focus on risk assessments, GRC platform maintenance, and reporting to executives. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Audit/Compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Maintain and document processes across the enterprise to reduce security risk and design mature controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed or in response to management requests.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform to document controls, risk information, and related details.
• Produce periodic risk views/reports to inform executives about the program health and risk position.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies in an audit and drive actionable business impact.
• Balance business strategy with appropriate risk management controls.
• Stay up to date with latest audit and compliance trends.
• Manage third-party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures, and standards.
