RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision.

The ideal candidate has strong program management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across initiatives. This role offers a remote-first environment with a path toward influencing risk across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• Experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute compliance initiatives across the enterprise.
• Document and maintain compliance processes to reduce security risk.
• Produce risk reports for executives on program health and risk position.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform and control information.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends.
• Support 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
