Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. seeks a GRC Analyst to coordinate compliance initiatives and work with security and compliance teams to implement the company’s risk program. The role requires high attention to detail, strong program management, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

The analyst will document controls, assess risks, support audits, and communicate findings to executives. Experience with HIPAA, SSAE, SOC1/SOC2 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and adapt quickly.
• Strong organizational, analytical and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk and design controls.
• Perform routine and ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives to gauge program health.
