Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives. This role collaborates with security and compliance teams to implement the company’s compliance vision and to drive risk reduction across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of audit, risk or compliance experience and a strong track record in HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2. The person will support audits, manage third-party compliance, and help shape security policies and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and quickly change direction.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see broad risk themes across populations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills to influence management and lead change.
• Self-starter with high energy and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Work with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits compliance vision.
• Perform risk assessments and maintain the GRC platform.
• Produce reports on security risk for executives and the board.
• Assist with responding to audits and questionnaires from clients and auditors.
• Evaluate control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Manage third-party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Develop policies, procedures, and standards.
