Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. seeks a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work closely with security and compliance teams. The role requires strong program management, detail orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while implementing RxBenefits' compliance vision.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in Audit, Risk, or Compliance, and experience with HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction.
• Detail oriented with the ability to see broad connections identifying risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain high-value assets and their threats to mitigate risk.
• Document and maintain enterprise security controls and risk information.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls, risk information, and related details.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on the program health.
• Assist with audits and respond to audit inquiries from internal/external teams.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Stay up to date with latest audit and compliance trends.
• Develop policies, procedures, and standards.
