RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and collaborate with security and compliance teams to execute our compliance vision.

The role involves identifying assets and threats, maintaining risk registers, and driving risk-informed decisions across the organization. You will help document controls, perform risk assessments, support policy development, and stay current with audit and compliance trends.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Work with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits compliance vision.
• Identify high-value assets and threats; maintain risk list for effective mitigation.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk; design and mature security controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives outlining the health of the program.
