RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives, working closely with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits's compliance vision.

The ideal candidate has strong program management, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across programs. You will lead risk assessments, maintain the GRC platform, and prepare materials for audits, while engaging with RxBenefits clients and partners to manage risk and controls

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction.
• Ability to communicate clearly to influence management and lead change.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and independently execute compliance initiatives with RxBenefits teams.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk and design mature controls.
• Perform risk assessments on topics as needed or requested by management.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic reports of security risk for executives and the risk position of the company.
• Assist with responses to internal and external audits and with audits of 3rd party vendors.
