Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives. You will work closely with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits compliance vision and manage risk across the enterprise.

The role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task, communicating effectively with executives and partners to drive security controls, audits, and policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 experience.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership influence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Maintain risk registers and assist with risk assessments.
• Document and maintain enterprise security controls across the organization.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Manage third-party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends.
• Support policy and standards development.
