Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.

You will work with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision, managing risk assessments and control deficiencies with a high attention to detail. The role includes maintaining the GRC platform, producing risk reports for executives, and overseeing 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Maintain and document enterprise risk processes and controls.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessments and compliance.
• Develop policies, procedures, and standards.
• Stay updated on audit and compliance trends.
