Job summary

Crisis Connections is seeking a fully remote 988 Clinical Supervisor to lead licensed mental health professionals who staff crisis lines across Washington State and neighboring states. The role combines hands-on clinical leadership with operational oversight in a 24/7 crisis contact center.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in counseling or social work, is licensed or license-eligible, and brings crisis experience. This position offers a competitive salary and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Washington State standards.
• Experience supporting individuals in crisis.
• Ability to supervise frontline crisis responders and provide clinical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support crisis line staff and volunteers.
• Provide clinical guidance during real-time crisis situations.
• Support daily operations in a 24/7 crisis contact center.
• Train staff on best practices and crisis intervention techniques.
• Monitor call and performance trends to ensure quality and consistency.
