Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare accurate proposal budgets and materials according to sponsor guidelines and regulations.
• Review applications for compliance, rates, and allowability; coordinate central approvals and required clearances.
• Manage award-related tasks: review NOA, budgets, compliance, and project setup; coordinate with PI/ administrators.
• Cross-train to cover both pre-award and award management functions.
• Maintain knowledge of sponsor regulations and Duke policies; assist in training and guidance within ORA and SOM.
