Duke University School of Medicine offers a remote-friendly role focused on pre- and award management for the Schools of Medicine and Nursing, including proposal review, budget interpretation, and compliance checks.

The successful candidate will engage with PIs, grant managers, and departments to ensure timely submissions, proper rebudgets, and compliant award setups across sponsored projects, with training in RAA and ongoing professional development.

Competenze

• Pre- and/or award management experience is essential.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are required.
• Bachelor's degree; research or grants education and/or certification is preferred.

Mansioni

• Review budgets and sponsor guidelines to prepare accurate proposal materials.
• Ensure compliance approvals and necessary clearances are obtained.
• Support award review, set-up, and project management to enable timely funding and closeout.
• Coordinate and communicate with PIs, grant managers, and department staff on award issues.
