Qualifications

• Pre- and/or award management experience essential.
• Bachelor's degree required; research or grants education preferred.

• Training in Duke systems and compliance within six months.

Responsibilities

• Assist PIs and Grant Managers in developing and submitting accurate proposal budgets and compliant materials.
• Review proposals for compliance, sponsor requirements, and allowed costs.
• Review awards for terms and initiate account setup for new projects.
• Coordinate and support project closeout and post-award activities.
• Stay current with internal policies and external sponsor regulations to provide guidance.
